Crisp Purified Water Filtration Stages

Path water travels from culinary line to sealed bottle for delivery.

  • Water Softener – reduces the hardness of water.
  • Carbon Filter – removes chloroform, chlorine, some pesticides, and other organic chemicals along with bad tastes and odors.
  • 5 Micron Filter – removes particles larger than 5 microns. A human hair diameter is about 5 microns.
  • Reverse Osmosis System – removes most organic compounds and 99% of all ions. In addition, it eradicates 99% of viruses, bacteria and pyrogens. R.O. mainly removes dissolved solids, such as chlorides, fluoride, calcium, magnesium, nitrates, silicates, sodium, sulfates, and copper.
  • Water Storage – holds product water ready for bottling. This water is constantly circulating through filtration loop.
  • Carbon Filter – precautionary measure. Also removes chlorine used to sanitize storage and bottling equipment.
  • 1 Micron Filter – ensures purity of water at point of bottling.
  • Ultra Violet Filter – is lethal to bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms. The bottle washer also utilizes UV for all water cycles.
  • Bottling Clean Room – room that all bottling occurs in. From this point the bottles are loaded into vehicles for delivery or warehoused.
